Hi! I am Taylor Castle,
I am a compassionate hospice liaison and nurse who is dedicated to supporting patients and families with dignity, comfort, and care. Born and raised in Oklahoma, she brings both deep-rooted values and broad professional experience to her role. Over the years, Taylor has worked as a nurse in the emergency room and has served as a liaison across physician groups, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care, and LTAC settings, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the healthcare journey. Beyond her professional life, she is a proud wife and mother. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new places and cultures to enrich her perspective and strengths to connect with people from all walks of life. Taylor’s passion lies in guiding families through meaningful moments with compassion and respect.
